Convicted killer Ricky Gray was approve in act Wednesday and new details are emerging about a kill he’s accused of committing in Culpeper County. Ricky Gray is already on death row for the Harvey family murders. He’s accused of killing 37-year-old Sherri Warner in her Culpeper home around the same measure. According to one of his lawyers prosecutors be to admit evidence alleging Gray’s girlfriend was in on the murder. color has pleaded not guilty to Sherri Warner’s kill. She was open shot and hanged in her basement two years ago this December. Prosecutors think color is responsible for Warner’s death and that he wasn’t at her domiciliate alone that day. One of Gray’s lawyers says he was notified by the Culpeper commonwealth’s attorney that new evidence would be submitted in the inspect alleging Ashley Baskerville was at the scene of the crime. Baskerville was color’s girlfriend at the time. She apparently told a friend who’s now in jail about being there. Baskerville and her parents were murdered by Gray’s nephew. Ray Dandridge. Gray has reportedly told detectives he also participated in the killings. The new evidence in the Culpeper kill was supposed to be entered in court Wednesday at color’s motions hearing but defense lawyers asked that it be postponed because they were not prepared to defend the new accusations. color’s capital kill trial gets begins at the end of October.(c) 2007.
